If President Joe Biden decides to withdraw from the election, Democrats need not fear — they have a ticket in front of them that can still defeat presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump.
I’d rather see Whitmer and AOC, personally. Harris is disliked from both sides. I can’t see her being an option. She has a 39% approval rating. She’s even lower than Biden.
As much as I’d like to see another candidate replace Biden, it’s too late in the game and Americans are generally idiots. They’ll screw things up this late into the battle and Trump will win.
As much as I hate to admit it, Biden is probably the best path forward … Which gives me acid reflux a little bit to say, but the idea of Trump being president makes me want to jump off a bridge, so I’ll take a couple antacids and hope for a better choice in 2028.

Unfortunately, removing Harris from the ticket doesn’t have the best optics in a lot of scenarios.
