Dries 'em out a bit, lets the oil soak in. Also it’s not a recipe, it’s just a tip.
yep, it dries out the outer layer so it actually crisps in the frying pan.
That makes sense. I’ve used a convection oven on low & made some similar. This is probably much quicker
I’m with you. Just toss with oil and seasonings, and air fry them shits.
