So uhm the rules of copyright don’t apply here? I’ve seen the Sopranos uploaded here and one can just watch or upload this kind of content? If so that is awesome but the site might be taken down or sued, no?
TankieTube has a strict copyright policy: at least thirty percent of user-uploaded content must be copyrighted. Any user found to be avoiding copyrighted material will be given a warning. Multiple warnings may result in a ban.

Absolutely no disrespect intended because anyone doing work like this is my comrade, but is this a joke?
I’d be cautious of trusting that things last a long time on here if the above quote is real.
Otherwise, if needed, I’m sure someone on here (unfortunettely not me atm, I don’t have the time, but in the future for sure, yes) could help with costs and maintenance.
It’s a self-deprecating joke. I’m a professional in his mid 30s who is leaning on his parents financially while between jobs. I’ve rewritten that section since it didn’t inspire confidence (as you pointed out).
