We don't need high-tech innovation to create a sustainable future for humanity. In fact, all the tech we need to regenerate our ecosystem and provide a good life for all already exists.
You could use old tires similar to the way they use them on an earthship to stabalize the walls. Not perfect, but much easier to lift those up the hill and it is still a lot of hard work to fill the tires.
