Not surprising at all. It is Bavaria -the land of the lederhosen- we re talking about, also referred to as the “Texas of Germany”. They have their heads so far up their asses that they consider alcohol to be a harmless staple food and at the same time think that cannabis is a drug as dangerous as heroin and crack.
