Retro video games and aesthetics are having a moment, but it’s not just gen X and older millennials reliving their heyday: younger millennials and gen Z are getting in on the nostalgia too
Look, I don’t need you to teach me how good those games are, I chose them for a reason, and I rarely quit games, I take breaks, yes I do, that shouldn’t be rare at all.
I still stand my point about all of them having their unique formula, even when they pretty much mastered it in all of its aspects, for example The Witcher 3 having the best DLCs I have ever seen, and maybe they are better than the main campaign, and I’m not the only one who thinks that.
My initial point was that all those games have the same functioning core (I forgot to mention the three skill, maybe BOTW handles it differently here) and I’d pretty much replay a Mario game than re visiting any of those.
