I’ve been trying to join nintendoswitch@kbin.social for a few days. Going to https://feddit.uk/c/nintendoswitch@kbin.social gives me a 404. Using the same URL on a couple other Lemmy instances (eg lemmy.world) seems to work. Is there an issue preventing new communities/magazines from federating properly to feddit.uk?

    Thanks. Am I right in thinking that the community won’t be populated with posts until after the first person subscribes from my instance? So I’ll never see historical posts, unless I go to kbin in this case?

      Yeah I’m pretty sure that’s how it works.

          That is the full URL. That community already shows if you just search for emulation.
