I would like to use openstreetmap as replacement for google maps (on web) However default nominatim doesn’t generally give correct address (when searched for POI). Is there way to change nominatim provider?
If the information is wrong, you can easily correct this via your account on openstreetmap.org (as of one example on how to do this, also the best solution for lazy people). After you’ve saved the changes, the correct information will be searchable basically instantly.
I update through streetcomplete, and I generally don’t see information updated soon. However

how do I do this on web? For e.g. if I search golden gate and it’s not correct result, I may not know exact coordinates/address of the poi.
