    Even if there were truth to this, I’d happily buy a larger device to have the user replaceable battery. Of course, none of the big players offer that – because it’s really about cost cutting.

      Rather than cost cutting it’s more about making you buy a whole new device when battery gets worse so they can get more money from you.

        I guess there are a few cents to save in a couple of screws and a seal. But yeah that’s hardly the point.
