My dad woke my mom up early one morning and told her they needed to go to the hospital; she quickly got ready and then he fell over dead just before they reached the garage.
These things don’t always show very obvious symptoms.
Go to your doctor, get yourself checked out before you’re another person whose family has to keep hearing “I didn’t even know they were sick.”
