Are you on Linux? If so then Gnome Authenticator is a possible alternative, also allows importing & exporting your tokens in formats widely used by other apps
I use Linux, Windows, MacOS; I’m everywhere. I’ve had Aegis as a backup of my tokens in case bullshit like this happened, but it’s still an amazingly stupid idea.
…But I use it daily? I guess I’ll just have to keep a legacy version installed but that’s just ridiculous.
Edit: The Mac version is fine? The hell they smokin’ there?
Macs with Apple Silicon are able to run iOS apps natively.
I imagine a PC workaround could be to set up the app via an Android emulator like BlueStacks.
Iirc authybhad a data breach some years ago, since then I’ve been using an alternate.
