    Man, I dont even mean different legal situations. So many people in here dont get what “right on red” means in a physical, moving sense.

        No, it really isnt. Its applying a stop sign right turn to a red light. Its insanely intuitive.

        Arguing the degree of safety of the turn to foot traffic is a completely different conversation to the one people are currently having, where they do not understand the actual physical event being discussed.
