Shooting Juliana is actually the true ending, though ultimately no one dies. I don’t think you’ll ultimately be satisfied by this ending either. It even leaves us with more questions about the state of the world. Also, keep in mind that everything after Cole says, “Here goes…” was added post-launch in a patch.
