Ended up buying all of them, eagerly waited for the last one, and the studio closes. Haven’t gotten the courage around to say goodbye and finish that shit.

Thats the “redemption” part of red dead redemption. RDR1 follows the same basic formula at the root of it.
The main character is a bad person who robs and kills people for their own gain. After facing the reality and consequences of their past, they redeem themselves by sacrificing their life for someone else.
