my next agenda is jakub kiwior btw. that guy is a baller.
Question, in the draw for the next round of UCL games, can we draw a team from the group we were in, ie, can we draw Lens/PSV, (whoever finishes 2nd in the group) or can we only draw teams from other groups?
Just remembered how Partey came on against City and completely transformed the team
Just want him back ffs
Gamedaaaaayyyyy!
I’m supposed to be angry today at work, but I can’t stop this spontaneous chortling.
Please lads let’s win a game by the 60th minute for once. I want some meme subs tonight and some fresh legs for the weekend. That Wolves game has trap written all over it.

“Are you new around here??!”
Besides qualification, are we also guaranteed first place in the group with a win tonight?
The Oil Classico was underwhelming yesterday. PSG easily could have scored 3-5 goals but the finishing was woeful. Really wanted to see Al-Nakhasil United getting pumped.
I fucking hate that some teams take Arabian oil money, luckily at the Emirates we don’t stoop so low.
Do you understand the difference between sponsorship and ownership?
It’s not as bad as ownership, but our hands are definitely a bit dirty with the Emirates sponsorship and it would be the right move to leave it behind.
Not to mention nobody likes the corporate naming anyway, stadium names like Highbury, Anfield & Old Trafford will always be astronomically clear of the likes of Emirates & Etihad.
That puts everything into perspective, it doesn’t seem so silly now Arsenal fans whining about foreign oil money whilst being owned by a foreign billionaire and having the stadium and the shirts emblazoned with the name of an Airline owned by a government who’s wealth is derived from oil… this where you try to explain why that’s not hypercritical and delusional.
Going to be controversial here and say i was pretty dissapointed in how the sub reacted to the Newcastle game last night (an entire post about it really?) after weeks of going on and on about how the standard of officiating is the real problem and other clubs need to get behind us we just revert to tribalistic gotchas as soon as it happens to someone else.
Just goes to show how many people only stood behind the club and their statement because we were on the receiving end.
I can recognize that it was a poor decision that hurts the game, while also enjoying the turnabout of cunts like Shearer whining about last night’s decision after telling us to stop doing the same a couple weeks ago.
the thing is it was a penalty, we all know the rules for handball in europe are nonsense. it wasn’t a misapplication of the rules like our grievances, so they don’t need any backing up because there’s nothing to complain about ref wise. their issue is with the rule itself not the people enforcing it
It’s all fun and games till you’re on the receiving end of it, and hilariously it didn’t take long, fuck them. Yeah nothing will change till clubs are united over it but that’s not going to be changed by people on reddit. They’re all applauding how “dignified” Howe was in not complaining, as if that’s the way to stop it happening again.
You can’t be “robbed” when you concede 4xg - maybe try to win a game via something other than dirty play and fist pumping whenever you kick the ball out for an opposition throw. I’ve got zero sympathy for their luck running out, can’t get by on home ground advantage and referee assistance forever
It’s strange how people are celebrating blatant corruption, wait until we play PSG and we get shafted they will change their tune.
First CL game tonight, get a fry in, dander round camden, pint for the first half of the united match then at the carpet.
The angel blaring in the earphones on repeat ofc
Al Anshearer is the biggest hypocrite in football. What an utter twat. Almost makes me wish Kane stayed in the PL to break his record since it’s the only thing keeping him relevant.
The handball rule is so weird, that being said, fuck Newcastle. They should just “move on” from this. It’s not like they did enough to win anyway, I hope AC do them a proper one and they go to the EL. I can’t stand that stupid team.
It’s just a UEFA rule, that the oil club must always win but here two stood against each other, so the ref got all confused
How many times do we need the exact same ‘Arsenal are more defensive and this makes them more likely to win the title’ article from every journalistic source?
It is getting a bit exhausting, especially because I think our style this year combined with the low blocks we’re seeing make us less likely to win the title. We’ve been fortunate enough to get late winners against United, City & Brentford (as well as a 70th minute winner against Everton) but eventually those 1-0 wins are going to be accompanied by 0-0 draws.
up your fucking hoop ‘newcastle’
I love the smell of schadenfreude in the morning
