Do you play video games with your spouse? What do you play together? Do you have coop sessions? I want to hear your stories.
My husband (40M) is a PC gamer. I (40F) have recently started playing coop games with him. I’ve tried playing in the past, but I never get very far due to the intensity in most of them. Recently, we started playing co-op games together so he can help me out while we play, and I can actually enjoy the game. I was just curious what other couples play and if you have any recommendations for us.
PC games we’ve played in co-op: Splinter Cell, Breakpoint, Green Hell, Astroneer, Grounded, and we just started Icarus. *The only one we truly finished together is SplinterCell and most of Breakpoint.
My wife is not really a gamer but she occasionally watches me play and is an awesome sport if I need her. When I first got Children of Morta I wanted to level up my characters faster so I asked her to coop with me so I could level up two at a time. She is a champ, did pretty well too!
Actually we did build a beautiful 5 star island together on Animal Crossing during Covid. It was a really sweet and memorable experience. Did some coop and some individual turns on it. Was gf at the time, but lockdown really brought people together (or tore them apart!). I’m lucky for sure :)
