    Muscles are considered masculine. Because men have more muscle due to biology, not patriarchy.

    Building muscle in some places (not all) makes women look more masculine therefore. Especially in the upper body like traps, shoulders and arms.

    On the contrary a certain amount of muscle (or “tone”) that enhances the feminine shape is considered feminine. Above all this includes glutes and legs, but also a bit of lats and arm tone to enhance the hour glass shape.
