Looking at other posts, the most suggested place to get refurbished drives is ServerPartDeals but the shipping + tax to Europe is brutal.

Does anyone have specific eBay seller or place to recommend that is Europe based?
They don’t get sold so much because the EU holds sellers accountable for faulty products a lot more. Plus GDPR makes it simpler to shred drives than wipe and resell them.
