Meme has been ammended to not be racist. Sorry about not paying close enough attention to it. I’ve been having issues with my object storage and I’ve been trying to fix it. In the end I decided to rehost on imgur.
If you think that you have a group of friends who are so perfect that they never ever say anything discriminatory about anyone or anything, I would predict that your group of friends has zero members in it.
It’s quite unreasonable to expect humans to be perfect, especially when we’re talking about a difficult issue like race, where we have a lot of stereotypes in our head from growing up in whatever community, and then we have to learn to be better. And even then, we can still accidentally say something incorrect.

Neat, now we can see how long before/if federated instances update that.
Still currently showing the original on Hexbear, unfortunately
The imgur link shows up on https://hexbear.net/post/1070448 for me.
TIL it pings you if someone posts a link to a thread you posted
I @ed you in the message at first before editing it in case you wanted to change the link of your x-post, it must not remove the ping after editing
Just a hint: if you find yourself accidentally doing racism, maybe stop and consider if you’re doing the right thing.
Yeah, they did, that’s why they fixed it. This is fairly common in life.
No it fucking isn’t get a hold of yourself. Just because your circle finds itself doing racism doesn’t mean everyone else’s does.

Unbelievable. I guess people aren’t allowed to have basic standards of decency. You’re all a bunch of cracker anarchists.
