I am regularly cleaning up inactive communities and the top post points out that this community has been superceeded by the one in kbin.social

My advice: Yes. Former subscribers to this community would have subscribed to the Kbin community locally or from this Lemmy instance.
Its fine to delete. I was testing a lot way back how federation was working which may have looked like spam or sitting on magazines though I didn’t intend to do so. Best regards
