i have heard of some addons for youtube that allow for skipping sponsor segments and other stuff like begging to subscribe
i have see that on piped, which is a youtube frontend that removes any tracking and ads, kinda like invidious, but allows to skip sponsors and stuff. its pretty good! i only stopped using it because there are no servers in my country and videos took too long to load :D

Honestly, I’d just not watch that creator any more rather than go to those lengths.
the point is to watch without ads, not have the creator get no money
