Oct. 25th-Judge in Trump case will weigh possible gag order violation
Lmao, Trump got fined $10,000 on the spot for violating his gag order about shit talking the court staff. A small slap on the wrist, but I love the immediate consequence.
To avoid a successful appeal, the judge has to escalate the fines. Trump will keep violating the order and the fines are going to start going up real fast.
If the punishment is a fine, it’s only illegal for poor people.
Besides that, he’s never going to pay any of those fines anyway. He’s going to waste the court’s time and resources with appeals and then just not pay anyway. What are they going to do, garnish his wages?
I think eventually (like well after all appeals are final) the court can order officers to seize property if fines go unpaid long enough. Not sure the legal terms, maybe some kind of asset forfeiture.

Fines should be doubled at each infraction lol
They are. The last one was $5000.
“Oh no! I’ve been charged increasingly large fines that I will never pay!”
Donald Trump, you are fined 1 credit for a violation of the verbal morality statute.
What’s the fine if you don’t know how to use the 3 shells?
