I think they’re thinking it’s muslim immigrants who did this. Which, well, the two groups (muslims and jews) haven’t always seen eye to eye, let’s just put it that way.

I am thinking that there is capacity of refugees that European population can support. And there have been a ton of them lately. And I am thinking that there should be at least some security check before you allow refugees enter society. Apparently they are quite lacking with current situation.
