Still, by far the best promo in the company, if he turns heel and ultimately gets people over it’ll be a master stroke, but as face this is kind of a slap in the face to the rest of the roster that don’t publicly shit on their colleagues at every opportunity.

I’m cautiously optimistic about Punk. I’m hoping that he’s a smart business man and all this anti-elite crap is just to set up a feud, because that would be awesome. If he’s sincere and this literally tears AEW apart, I’m going to hate him until his final day. As for the bag, it’s his world title belt. He said he never lost it and it’s his until someone beats him.
