I’ve found this solution as well. Unfortunately that just ends in my being mentally exhausted at 1pm and angry at myself for not getting anything else done.
I am inconsistent. Some days I can get everything done in the morning, be productive the rest of day and then some days, I am mentally exhausted by 1 pm. It’s frustrating.
