So according to Discord they’ve replaced “talent, drive and ambition” with “ambition, stagecraft, vocal ability, and confidence” in the submission guidelines😭

I guess they’re trying to learn from the disaster of an NF they had this year, but it’s not really the performers who were the problem. Some of them had potential! If RTÉ had invested in a bit of artist development - vocal coaching, getting comfortable with the cameras, etc - they could have had something good on their hands. But that’s a different timeline…

Also: why do they only want MP3s in 192kbps?
