Hackers, fraudsters, and drug dealers are all leaving the platform in one way or another. Some are worried that Telegram may start providing user data to the authorities.

    And move to Signal, which they should have done anyway. Not very effective except getting some people to use more secure channels? I guess it’s good for the criminals, which, if they are things like pirates, is a good thing, I suppose.
