There are two reliable uncommon enablers in Oakhollow Village and Rakkonimari Dynasty (Tangle Tumbler, the vehicle).

Corpse Berry Cultivator and Sunshower Druid at common also help with +1/+1 counters.

Those are all in Green, and there are a handful of repeatable counter giving rares as well. So, not a lot but a solid uncommon build-around I reckon.
