      I do this all the time and its great, totally give it a try its easy!

      I made lentil sprouts last week

      Urad the week before. These black lentils were old I found in a small bag and didn’t sprout well as normal but still worked out just fine. Spending time to de-skin them is totally optional)

      I’m sprouting small red beans now, I’m going to cook them like this as beans and not eat them as sprouts. They are still more like beans at this point just activated nutritionally
