The potatoes are mixed with fried tvp, peas, and carrots. The cauliflower are breaded and airfried, coated with a spicy buffalo barbecue sauce.

TVP is textured vegetable protein. It is the remains from the soybeans after they squeeze out the oil. They take the remaining defatted soy flour and put it through these machines that essentially cook and texturize the remaining protein to resemble meat. It is then dried and sold where you can rehydrate it and cook with it and it will absorb pretty much any flavor of the dish you are making.
The cauliflower looks sooooooo good. It all looks amazing but I love saucy things 🤤
