So their value skyrockets at the start of the pandemic, then they lose a bunch of value as the pandemic waned bringing them back to a normal level. Rather than accept this and focus on maintaining their user base and providing a quality product, management back to back makes decisions to simultaneously piss off the user base and now their employees. Elon level geniuses over there.
You’d think this would be bad PR for Zoom.
Right? Definitely erodes the userbase that drove them to where they are.
