Workers unionizing at Peet’s Coffee’s Temescal, Piedmont and Telegraph & Dwight stores acquired formal legal recognition last Wednesday, according to Peet’s labor union’s Instagram post.

“Mary O’Connell, the head of communications for Peet’s Coffee, said the company acknowledges Peet’s Labor Union’s formal recognition and plans to work with its employees moving forward.”

    If you’re not in a union, you should be. And if you’re in a “right to work “ state. You may have to break the law.
