I’ve never seen Grease, so until now, I had no idea that the scene on the bottom was apparently an inversion of the scene on the top. At least it looks like that’s how Tarantino framed it (and it seems like something he would do).

I never noticed that, either. He definitely loves movies, so I bet it’s not a coincidence.

Hit the sack at 10, tossed and turned until 11, played moonring until 1:30 and finally fell asleep. Woke up at 5. Past 2 nights have been like this, kinda glad I don’t have a job rn.

Sorry to hear it. I’m usually lucky if I can get over 6 hours of sleep. I can’t even do it on the weekends. It doesn’t help that I have dogs who wake me up in the morning, but if I can’t fall asleep until late, I can’t be prepared for that.

My roommates have 2 cats and a dog, I have no clue how they sleep so peacefully. With all of that in the same room

Not really surprising. There’s nothing to look forward to and necessities aren’t guaranteed - even if you’re working two jobs.

Maybe I should get a job at Boeing so “I” can put myself out of this misery.

I wonder if it’s the unaffordable housing, unaffordable healthcare, or unaffordable food driving it
