Hello all,
We are moving our subreddit to this community. I will be moving posts over the next several days.
Good for you. <3
You know, I was hopeful at first that Huffman & Reddit mgmt would get a healthy reality check, but seeing how disastrously they’ve handled things since the decision to nuke 3rd party apps, including everything from PR to weird, conflicting messages from admins, to their /u/ModCodeofConduct acct causing so much chaos and damage… well… stuff like this was pretty much the final piece of the puzzle to me that Reddit is just completely hopeless, with no healthy future.
I really loved that site, but *phew* it really is just lost, isn’t it?
Anyway, kudos to you for intentionally moving. Oh btw, more than once I’ve seen a site that counts & tracks subreddits who’ve moved to the Fediverse, but I can’t find the link right now. Assuming you know the site I’m talking about, do you know if they’ve added you yet?
As for me personally, for the last couple decades, the only dice-exclusive games I’ve played have been Flash games like Farkle & Dice Wars. If you like, I could try to put together a little collection of ‘best of Flash’ dice games to play, with a download link & instructions on how to play them. (it’s very simple, with Adobe’s last standalone Flash player, which operates independent of browser)
@JohnnyEnzyme@lemm.ee Thank you!
That list would be very nice to have in the community.
I’m slowly searching for any I might have missed. So far I’ve collected 14, with four of them being excellent and innovative, like Dicey Dungeons & Cubic Space. (ever hear of them?)
I just want to search a few more collections before wrapping up…
