Maybe the kids saw the message and made it their mission to go around checking on everyone
Kids can be really sweet, when they’re not being twats.
“Why are you fat?”, “Why are you old?”, “Are you going to die soon? Its okay if you do”.
And all said with complete innocence and genuinitity.
Give them some credit, sometimes it’s both at once!
They can somehow do both at the same time too!
Not everyone, just the elderly. You know, like 14 years olds and even older people.
From the moment my older sibling turned 10, I began hearing a bunch of “respect your elders” when they didn’t get their way lol
“No I’m not ok, go get me a hot sandwich you little twerps!”
Once you join the 3 series (30 years old), you are officially in the Uncle/Aunty demographic and therefore old. Accept it. Embrace it.
As someone who decided this when I was a kid, I have to stand by my decision.
Just put this up in another Jesse Case tweet thread:
Check out his (and Andy and Matt’s) podcast “probably science” it’s a wonderful way to get all the poop, flatulence, and penis science your brain could ask for. They occasionally have on great guests, and (almost) always have interesting people doing the show with them.
Also he is great on Twitter, but usually deletes his posts after they get over x amount of views/shares, because he isn’t into going viral.
Also, please bring back Jesse vs cancer, it’s been over a year guy.

My phone got an “extreme cold” alert that said to check on the elderly, and like 5 minutes later the kids next door checked on me. Brutal.
He should have gave them a Werther’s for their trouble.
