I posted pictures in the other chastity community like a month ago and someone expressed interest in it, so I’ve finally gotten around to providing the design!
IMHO this is a very bad idea. That thing cam not be cleaned. Between the layers bacteria and some more goo will grow well.
It may be fine for a joke or a short time / single use device but not for longer
Yeah, I’m planning on using a metal printing service for the final product. I’ve been using FDM to iterate on the design and fit. I may resin smooth one in the mean time though.
Though I wonder if boiling it would do the trick. The one in the pictures is PLA, but I have PETG I could print it with that’s more heat resistant.
You could try making a silicone form from it am use epoxy? That could work.
Where would one be able to download the stl files or possibly even step files (so we can adapt it to our own size)?

I included the fusion 360 archive as the source. I set up a bunch of user parameters, but for the cage you’ll have to redo the form step as that doesn’t get timelined the same way
