I really think every country should have a walled off area fir all the junkies and addicts that refuse to change, force them into rehab and also at the same time i think that drug cartels should be hunted down and murdered all the time
I am not sure why it is the case that America is so ineffectual at enforcing laws as pertaining to drugs - I think it has has to be endemic corruption.
I mean the cia did get caught before peddling coke and crack so….
