I have my opinions on DeSantis but can we not with the circlejerk images with no sources?

It seems the fines have to do with voters providing the wrong county of residence when registering through third party canvassing groups, for which, for some reason, the groups are responsible for. Apparently minority groups see particular boosts in registrations by third party groups, so hindering their activities will likely have a disproportionate impact.
I honestly thought the guy with two prosthetic legs was wearing jodhpurs and carrying a riding crop. And that just seems totally like the kind of person who would vote for DeSantis.
Is he not? WTF is going on with that guy?
